Read It Forward

This is a community initiative to assist DCPS with our #1 Priority: to increase the reading achievement of every student in Duval County. This campaign will partner city, business, faith based and non-profit leaders throughout the community to share in helping teach Jacksonville’s children about the importance of reading. http://www.duvalschools.org/readitforwardjax/default.htm

Lost Book / Library Fine Policy

DCPS holds all students responsible for lost library books, fines and lost textbooks. Late fines are $0.05 a day. Students may pay here for lost items and late fines due at any DCPS school. The school accepts cash or money orders (no checks) and payment will be forwarded to the appropriate school. Mrs. Auth will tag a student’s media record that payment has been made or book returned to previous school. Lost textbooks are paid to the Textbook Clerk. Graduation robes are not issued until all library and textbook fines are paid in full.
