The Culinary Arts Academy prepares students for college and careers in the culinary and hospitality industries.  The learning environment includes an award-winning, full-service restaurant on campus.  Core academic courses are integrated into the specialized curriculum.  Successful students are eligible for mentorships, apprenticeships and internships in local hotels and restaurants.
