Our Magnet program places special emphasis on Math, Science and Technology through special activities, clubs, field trips and school-wide projects. Our goals are to:

Develop positive student and parental attitudes toward learning

Improve problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Increase career awareness in the areas of Math, Science and Technology

Increase the use of manipulatives and hands-on experiences in Math, Science and Technology

Enhance classroom teaching and learning through technology including computers, laser discs, the Internet and teacher created lessons utilizing technology.
