How do I find out who my guidance counselor is?
Counselors are divided by house and/or academic program.  The current counselor assignment is as follows:

What are the office hours?
The Guidance Services office hours are 7:00am to 3:00 pm daily.  Counselors are available from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.

They are often also available after 2:45 by appointment and/or individual availability. 

What is the way to get in contact with a counselor?
The best way to get in contact with a counselor is to make an appointment with your house administrator's secretary.

If my assigned counselor is not available, can I be assisted by another counselor?

If your counselor is unavailable, you will be assisted by the next available guidance counselor.

Do counselor assignments change yearly?

Guidance counselors usually do not change from year to year. They are based on house and/or program assignment. However, counselor assignments may change based on the needs of the student or school administration decisions.
