     Children cannot arrive to school before 6:45am and must be picked up no later than 6:00pm.  Late fees will be assessed for late student pick-ups and three late pick-ups in one month will result in dismissal from the Extended Day program.  

     Payments are due in full and on time.  Fees will be assessed for any late payments and termination from the Extended Day program may occur for non-payment.  All checks should be made payable to "Abess Park Elementary", and all cash payments must be made in person to the director during normal Extended Day hours.  

     HRS guidelines state that parents must furnish their child with an afternoon snack.  Snacks may not be purchased from vending machines at school.  Children are also responsible for their own belongings so parents are encouraged to write their child's name on all items brought to school.  

     Please remember that the Extended Day directors are classroom teachers and are only available during normal Extended Day hours.
