The Abess Park Media Center is open daily from 9:00am to 3:00pm.  Parents may visit the Parent Resource Center to check out learning games, books-on-tape, cassette tape players, math manipulatives,  and many helpful books on learning disabilities, homework assistance, and more.  You may also check out up to 5 books from the Media Center's main collection for two weeks.  "Make & Take" workshops are held periodically to teach volunteers how to use the laminating machines, book binder, Ellison die cuts, and other materials in the library's workroom.  If you are interested in volunteering or learning about our equipment, please see Ms. Elledge or Ms. Castaneda for further information.
