In order to attend ACHS, students must live in the approved boundaries. To view map of the approved attendance area please click here. For a description of the attendance area click here.

Current DCPS students:

Students who live within the boundaries for Atlantic Coast High School and are currently enrolled in a Duval County Public School will need to provide the following information in order to be projected to attend ACHS:

bullet Residency Verification (click to download)
bullet Withdrawal Form from their previous school that includes current grades

Students not currently enrolled in a DCPS school:

Students who live within the boundaries for Atlantic Coast High School but are not currently enrolled in a Duval County Public School must complete a registration packet and provide the required documentation in order to enroll at ACHS. Required documentation includes the following:

bullet Student Information Enrollment Form (click to download)
bullet Residency Verification (click to download)
bullet Student's birth certificate (original or certified copy) -copy will be made at ACHS and the original will be returned to the parent.
bullet Copy of student's Social Security card
bullet Copies of most recent report cards and/or transcripts from previous school
bullet Proof of all required immunizations (Florida certification of immunization, DH form 690)
bullet Current physical (within last 12 months)

Description of Eligibility Area:

From the intersection of Beach Blvd. and San Pablo Road, south on San Pablo Road to the eastern county line, south on the eastern county line to the southern county line, west on southern county line I-95. I-95 to a point east of Sunbeam Rd., west on a line to Southside Blvd., then continue north on Southside Blvd. (include all addresses and feeder streets) to Southbrook Dr., north and west (including Braywick sub-division) to the western line of Braywick sub-division, north to A.C. Skinner Parkway, west on A.C. Skinner Parkway (not including Summer Key Condominiums) to Southside Blvd., north on Southside Blvd. to J. Turner Butler Blvd., east on J. Turner Butler Blvd. to Highway 9a, north on Highway 9a to Beach Blvd., east on Beach Blvd. to San Pablo Road.

students must live in the approved boundaries.
