If you are unable to keep your appointment, you may come at one of the LATER appointment times listed above. Otherwise, you will receive your schedule, locker, decals, etc. on August 20th, the first day of school.

Please park in the Student Parking Log and enter through the north courtyard doors by the gymnasium.
In case of inclement weather, all Courtyard activity will be moved into the gymnasium.

Information available at Orientation:

STUDENT SCHEDULES, Café – Students will receive their schedule of classes and a map of the campus.

LOCKERS, Cafe’ – Students will rent a locker for a $5.00 CASH ONLY fee.

PTSA - Courtyard - Parents, teachers, students, and grandparents are encouraged to join this organization, 

The cost is $6.00 for each membership.

STUDENT IDs:

New Students ONLY:

Room #516 – All students must have a picture taken for an ID*.  The first ID is free.  The cost of a replacement ID is $5.00.  Students are required to have their ID on and visible while on campus at all times.

*NOTE – Proper attire MUST be worn for a picture to be taken.  No hats, sun glasses, tank tops, spaghetti straps, or shirts with inappropriate logos.

Returning Students:

You will receive your new school ID in homeroom on the first day of class, Monday, August 20th.

PARKING DECALS, Café  - A parking decal is required to park on the ACHS campus.  To purchase a parking decal you MUST have your vehicle registration, driver’s license, ACHS ID card, insurance card, COMPLETED parking application, and $20.00 CASH.  Decals may be purchased at any time during the school year in the Media Center.

YEARBOOKS, Café- Yearbooks will be for sale $70.00 cash only.

TEXTBOOKS, Room 124 - Textbooks will be issued based on information from the student’s 2012-2013 projected schedule. 

ATHLETICS SALE, Gymnasium - P.E. T-shirts ($10 each) and shorts ($10 each) will be available for purchase.
