RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF RPG ACOUSTICAL FINISH PACKAGES FOR DOUGLAS ANDERSON SCHOOL OF THE ARTS FROM INTERNATIONAL ACOUSTICS COMPANY, INC. IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $156,060.

Summary Explanation and Background:
This is a procurement request by the Project Manager, Facilities to purchase RPG acoustical finish packages for Douglas Anderson School of the Arts.  The purchase includes: material and installation.  This purchase is made in accordance with Florida Statutes, which states that a sole source specification can be recommended by the architect of record and the consideration by, and justifications of, the governmental body are documented, in writing, in the project file.  Documentation is available in Purchasing Services.
