Title: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO THE 2003-2006 BARGAINING AGREEMENT WITH THE JACKSONVILLE SUPERVISORS ASSOCIATION

Requested Action:

THAT THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD APPROVE THE ATTACHED LANGUAGE MODIFICATIONS AND SALARY PROVISIONS TO BE INCORPORATED INTO THE 2002-2005 BARGAINING AGREEMENT WITH THE JACKSONVILLE SUPERVISORS ASSOCIATION.

Summary Explanation and Background:
This recommendation is made after collective bargaining with the Jacksonville Supervisors Association pursuant to Chapter 447 Florida Statutes.  The settlement includes modifications to certain language to include in the 2003-2006 Bargaining Agreement.
