APPROVAL OF INITIAL BARGAINING AGREEMENT FOR THE TERM OF 2005-2008 WITH THE NORTHEAST FLORIDA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES LOCAL 630, LIUNA AFL-CIO.

Requested Action:
THAT THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD APPROVE THE ATTACHED LANGUAGE AND SALARY PROVISIONS TO BE INCORPORATED INTO THE 2005-2008 BARGAINING AGREEMENT WITH THE NORTHEAST FLORIDA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES LOCAL 630, LIUNA AFL-CIO.

Summary Explanation and Background:
This recommendation is made after collective bargaining with LIUNA pursuant to Chapter 447 Florida Statutes.  The settlement includes initial language for the 2005-2008 Bargaining Agreement.
