THAT THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD APPROVE SETTLEMENT IN THE CASE OF R.S. VS. DCSB IN THE AMOUNT OF$90,000.00

Summary Explanation and Background:
R.S. was injured October 27, 2005.   Following court-ordered mediation, a settlement of $90,000.00 was reached.  This represents a full and final settlement of all claims and is recommended by the General Counsel's office and the Director, Technical and Logistic Services.
