THAT THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF DIGITAL TELEVISION PRODUCTION STUDIO FOR MATTHEW GILBERT MIDDLE SCHOOL TO LOW CONFORMING BIDDER ENCORE BROADCAST EQUIPMENT SALES IN THE TOTAL OF $101,982.

This is a procurement request by Jackie Simmons, Principal, Matthew Gilbert Middle School, to purchase a Digital Television Production Studio.  The expenditure for this contract is $101,982.  This bid was coordinated through the Office of Minority Business Affairs and any recommendations were included in the solicitation.  This purchase will be made using Magnet funds.
