Title: 4.  QUARTERLY REPORT OF SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE CONTRACTS AND CERTIFICATES OF FINAL INSPECTION ON VARIOUS MAJOR MAINTENANCE PROJECTS UNDER $1,000,000 AT VARIOUS SCHOOLS

Requested Action:
THAT THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD ACCEPT THE QUARTERLY REPORT OF SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE CONTRACTS AND CERTIFICATES OF FINAL INSPECTION ON VARIOUS MAJOR MAINTENANCE PROJECTS UNDER $1,000,000 AT VARIOUS SCHOOLS AS SET FORTH IN THE ATTACHMENT TO THIS ITEM.

Summary Explanation and Background:

Due to the large number of Major Maintenance projects under $1,000,000, a quarterly report will be presented to the Board indicating the projects that have reached substantial and final completions.

 

It is the recommendation of the design professionals and Facilities Services Division staff that these substantial completions and certificates of final inspection be accepted.

There is no financial impact.

The funding sources for these projects were millage, SIT funds, PECO, COPS and LCI.
