Requested Action:
THAT THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD APPROVE A RESOLUTION HONORING THE COMMITMENT AND DEDICATION OF COACH JERMAINE "J.D." HALL.

Summary Explanation and Background:

Coach Jermaine "J.D." Hall served the students of Duval County both on and off the football field.  During his coaching career he turned the Mandarin High football program around in just three years.  More importantly, he worked tirelessly to develop true diversity in the Mandarin community.  There are no words to describe the positive impact he had on the students of Mandarin High School by placing academics and character building at the top of his football program.

The Duval County School Board wishes to express their deep appreciation of Coach Jermaine "J.D." Hall's exemplary service to the children of our district.
