Summary Explanation and Background:
The Financial Statements, in accordance with SBE Rule 6A-1.0008, are submitted for the use and consideration for the Board for the consolidated months ending July 31, & August 31, 2007, and a draft of monthly financial statements for the month ending September 30, 2007 as presented.
