THAT THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD APPROVE THE ATTACHED SUSPENSION WITHOUT PAY.

This recommendation is made in compliance with Section 1012.27, paragraph (1) of the Florida Statutes relating to duties and responsibilities of the Superintendent of Schools and the Board with regards to the appointment of personnel.
