Title: 3. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Requested Action:
THAT THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD APPROVE THE ATTACHED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS.

Summary Explanation and Background:
This recommendation is made in compliance with Section 1012.27, paragraph (1) of the Florida Statutes relating to duties and responsibilities of the Superintendent of Schools and the Board with regards to the appointment of personnel.

No financial impact to the District as no positions will be filled until existing budgeted headcount or other funding is identified to cover new or upgraded positions.
