THAT THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD APPROVE THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED 2007-2008 LONG RANGE FACILITIES CAPITAL PLAN PER THE ATTACHED LIST, AND A BUDGET AMENDMENT RESOLUTION.

The proposed amendment includes the re‑distribution of projects in the Capital Plan to match the COPS 2007 Series, and a budget increase of $140,000 for Chaffee Road.
