3.NEW SCHOOL K-8 NO. 274 (103RD STREET AND CONNIE JEAN ROAD): Revised Project and Revised Project Budget

Requested Action:
THAT THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD APPROVE A REVISED PROJECT AND PROJECT BUDGET, INCREASING THE PROJECT BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,000,000 TO A REVISED TOTAL BUDGET OF $42,100,000, AND A BUDGET AMENDMENT RESOLUTION.

Summary Explanation and Background:

The project is for the construction of a new K-8 school for 1468 student stations.

 

This budget revision is necessary to accommodate an increase in student stations and classrooms for middle school and ESE students.

 

This project is listed on the Board approved Five Year Plan 07-09.

The total budget for this project is $42,100,000.
