4. New High School “AAA” No. 268: Revised Project and Revised Project Budget

Requested Action:
THAT THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD APPROVE A REVISED PROJECT AND PROJECT BUDGET, INCREASING THE PROJECT BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,200,000 TO A REVISED TOTAL BUDGET OF $103,625,000, AND A BUDGET AMENDMENT RESOLUTION.

Summary Explanation and Background:

This project is for the construction of New High School “AAA” to be built in Southeast Duval County with a capacity of 2,200 students. 

This budget revision is necessary for widening and extension of Skinner Parkway and EHPA (Enhanced Hurricane Protection Area Shelter) requirements.
