Requested Action:

THAT THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD DISCUSS AND ESTABLISH THE TIME, PLACE, AND DATE OF REGULAR MEETINGS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH FILE: BE OF THE DUVAL COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS POLICY MANUAL.

NOTE: A RECOMMENDATION FROM A BOARD MEMBER REGARDING THE TIME, PLACE, AND DATE OF REGULAR MEETINGS IS IN ORDER AT THIS TIME.

Summary Explanation and Background:

File: BE of the Duval County Public Schools Policy Manual provides that the time, place, and date of Regular Meetings will be established at the Organizational Meeting.

Currently, the established time, place, and dates of Regular Monthly Board Meetings is:  The first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., in the 1st Floor Board Room of the Administration Building, 1701 Prudential Drive.
