Requested Action:

RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER FOR HVAC MAINTENANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF $450,000 TO JOHNSON CONTROLS.

Summary Explanation and Background:

This is a request for a change order for HVAC Maintenance.  The work includes the full service maintenance including all service preventive maintenance and repair of the heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment and automatic controls.  This is a source of supply contract.  The revised contract amount is $1,359,712. (ITB-008-02/EM)
