RECOMMEND RATIFICATION OF PURCHASE OF TRANSFORMERS FROM MILLER ELECTRIC COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $55,617.00. 

Summary Explanation and Background:

This is a request to ratify the purchase of transformers for Fletcher High School.  The transformer at the school was blown out and for the school to be operational; this work was completed on an emergency basis.
