Requested Action:

Recommend approval of correction of date of contract for mental health support services with Child Guidance Center.

Summary Explanation and Background:

At the April 1, 2003 School Board meeting, the Board approved the entering of negotiations for Mental Health Support Services with Child Guidance Center.  Due to an administrative error, the wrong date appeared for the period of the contract.  The correct dates are date of award through June 30, 2004.  (RFP No. 3-03/EM)
