Requested Action:
THAT THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD APPROVE THE ATTACHED SUSPENSION WITHOUT PAY

Summary Explanation and Background:
Pursuant to Florida Statute 1012.22(1)(f), the certificated employee listed on the attachment is being recommended for suspension without pay.  Appropriate progressive discipline guidelines have been followed.
