Title: 5.  Accept as Substantially Complete Contracts on Projects at Various Schools: Substantial Completions

Requested Action:

RECOMMEND THAT THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD ACCEPT AS SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE CONTRACTS ON PROJECTS AT VARIOUS SCHOOLS AS SET FORTH IN ATTACHMENT “A” TO THIS ITEM.

 

Summary Explanation and Background:

It is the recommendation of the architect /engineer and Facilities Services Division staff that this Substantial Completion be accepted.
