Title: Report of Substantially Complete Contracts on Various Major Maintenance Projects Under $1,000,000 at Various Schools: Quarterly Report

Requested Action:
RECOMMEND THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD ACCEPT THE REPORT OF SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE CONTRACTS ON VARIOUS MAJOR MAINTENANCE PROJECTS UNDER $1,000,000 AT VARIOUS SCHOOLS AS SET FORTH IN ATTACHMENT "A" TO THIS ITEM

Summary Explanation and Background:

Due to the large number of Major Maintenance projects, a quarterly report will be presented to the Board indicating the projects that have reached substantial completion.  This is the fifth report under this new procedure.

 

It is the recommendation of the design professionals and Facilities Services Division staff that these substantial completions be accepted.

Financial Impact:
The funding sources for these projects were millage, PECO, and Local Capital Improvement.
