Requested Action:
RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF PHASE I AND PHASE II (SCHEMATIC AND DESIGN DEVELOPMENT) DOCUMENTS AS PREPARED BY THE FIRM OF DAIMWOOD, DERRYBERRY AND PAVELCHAK ARCHITECTS, INC., FOR ADDITIONS AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS AT JEFFERSON DAVIS MIDDLE SCHOOL NO. 216.

Summary Explanation and Background:

 

This project is for the construction of a freestanding fourteen-classroom addition to replace existing modulars.

 

Phase I and Phase II (schematic and design development) documents will be available for review in the fifth floor conference room of the Central Administration Building after 1:00 p.m. the day of the School Board meeting or at other times by contacting the Facilities Services Division.

 

This project was listed on the Board approved Long Range Capital Outlay Plan.
