Title: Accept as Substantially Complete Contracts on Projects at Various Schools and Approve Certificates of Final Inspection of Projects at Various Schools: Substantial Completions and Certificates of Final Inspection

Requested Action:

RECOMMEND THAT THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD ACCEPT AS SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE CONTRACTS ON PROJECTS AT VARIOUS SCHOOLS AS SET FORTH IN ATTACHMENT “A” TO THIS ITEM.

Summary Explanation and Background:
It is the recommendation of the design professional and Facilities Services Division staff that these Substantial Completions be accepted and that these Certificates of Final Inspection be approved.
