Requested Action:

THAT THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD APPROVE THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2003.

Summary Explanation and Background:

The Annual Financial Report for the 2002-2003 fiscal year will serve as the June monthly report as well as the annual report required by the Commissioner of Education.

The combined balance sheet, a combined state of revenues and expenditures and a summary of internal account activity funds will be published in a newspaper of general circulation after approval of the Annual Financial Report by the Board.
