   Minutes: Mr. Gary Ray, Mr. Jim Oglesby, and Mr. Jim Surratt, of Ray & Associates, made a brief presentation to the Committee. A question and answer session was held after the presentation.

   Following the three (3) presentations, the Committee discussed the merits of the proposals. After discussion, each member gave their rank order. Mr. Larry Ganger, Supervisor of Purchasing Services, totaled the numbers and the announced the following rank order.

   2. Hazard, Young & Attea
   3. PROACT Search
   
   The Committee discussed the results and after said discussion decided to keep the above rank order. A copy of the Final Ranking is attached to the Minutes.
