ATTENDANCE AT THIE WORKSHOP OF THE DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD. All Board Members were present. Mr. Derrel Chatmon, Assistant General Counsel, was also present.

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
    Minutes: Ms. Kris Barnes, Chairman, called the Workshop to order at 3:39 p.m.

  1. SUPERINTENDENT'S CONTRACT
    Minutes: The Superintendent's Contract was discussed by the Board. The Board reviewed the existing contract, along with changes requested by the Superintendent. After discussion, it was decided that Mr. Derrel Chatmon, Assistant General Counsel, would work with the Superintendent's legal representative, and after all changes have been incorporated, a draft of the Contract will be e-mailed to the Board for their review prior to Board approval.
