1. CAFR REPORT - MIKE PATTILLO
   Minutes: Mr. Mike Pattillo of Ernst & Young reviewed the 2006 Audit results and the CAFR with the Board. He gave a brief overview of the findings.

2. OVERAGE ACADEMY/DOCTOR'S ACADEMY
   Minutes: The Chairman reconvened the Board Workshop at 1:30 p.m.
   
   Mr. Ed Pratt-Dannals, Chief Academic Officer, introduced Sylvia Johnson, Principal, Butler Middle School, who made a presentation to the Board regarding a Renaissance Academy at Butler for overage students.

   Mr. Mark Ertel, Principal, Landon Middle School, and Ms. Kelly Coker-Daniels, Principal at Darnell-Cookman Middle School, made a brief presentation to the Board regarding the possibility of a Doctor's Academy magnet school at Darnell-Cookman. Students currently attending this school would go to Landon. Discussions are being held with Shands regarding this concept.
