   Minutes: Ms. Cindy Rounds, Chairman of the Professional Services Subcommittee, called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m.

1. ADDITIONS, REMODELING, ETC. AT MERRILL ROAD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL NO. 228
   Minutes: Mr. Tom Young, Director of Facilities Planning and Construction, explained the project.
   
   Ms. Drake moved, and Mr. Johnson seconded the following motion:
   
   "That the Subcommittee accept the following firms for the above captioned project in the order submitted by staff."

   Drake/Pattillo and Associates
   Gibralter Design

   Minutes: Ms. Rounds asked about the new format for the MBE letter regarding this project. Mr. Young indicated that the letters would now be in this format.
