Minutes: Article III of Bylaws of the Duval School Board Leasing Corporation, adopted at their August 15, 2000 meeting, provides for an annual meeting to be held in November of each year at the same time of the Duval County School Board's Organizational meeting.
The Corporation will elect a President, Vice President, five Directors and Secretary for the term of November 20, 2007 through November 19, 2008:
