2. SUPERINTENDENT'S CONTRACT
   Minutes: Ms. Karen Chastain, Assistant General Counsel, brought the Board up to date on progress made to date in negotiating a contract for Superintendent Ed Pratt-Dannals. Ms. Chastain will work with in-coming Chairman Betty Burney and the document will be brought back before the Board for a Workshop prior to finalizing. Areas to be discussed included:
