   Minutes: Ms. Barrett nominated Ms. Kris Barnes as Chairman of the Board for 2002-2003.
   
   The Chairman recognized the nomination of Ms. Barnes. There being no other nominations, the Chair declared the nominations closed.
   
   Vote on Chairman - 7 - 0
2. ESTABLISH TIME, PLACE, AND DATE OF REGULAR MEETINGS
   Minutes: Ms. Rounds made a motion that regular meetings will be scheduled on the first Tuesday of the month with the third Tuesday of the month to be set aside for Board meeting business and/or workshops, maintaining the same schedule as the previous year with the meetings beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the School Board Meeting Room. Ms. Barrett seconded the motion.
