Specialists provide education in guidance, speech, Standards, art, music, physical education, technology, (ESE) Exceptional Student Education, ESE Inclusion Class and Gifted Inclusion Classes. The instructional curriculum at Alimacani is Standards-Based. This is a comprehensive curriculum based on internationally bench-marked standards in reading, writing, language arts, science, mathematics and applied learning. The program provides students, teachers and parents with elements to meet and /or exceed the Standard. Our commitment is to develop within each child an understanding of the privileges and responsibilities honored in a democratic society. We earnestly strive to instill an appreciation for each child's own cultural heritage and impart the importance of valuing the diversity of cultures in our community of learners.
