FCAT Explorer
Getting
Ready for the FCAT
Grades 3-5
The state
of Florida has created a website that
provides reading lessons to prepare your
child for the FCAT. The website is a
great resource to use at home for reading
practice.
Instructions for logging on:
Select
the FCAT Explorer Website
Username:
Last name and first initial of child
(Example: Kim Rogers would sign
on as: rogersk)
Password:
First four letters of last name, birth
month & day (this includes zeros)
(example: Kim Rogers birthday is June
5th so the password would be:
roge0606)
Please
use this at home whenever possible.
If you would like your child to have
the opportunity to use this website at
school also, please sign the internet
permission form that was sent home.
