 We are committed to providing a wide range of educational experiences to meet the individual needs of each student regardless of the level of their disability. At Alden Road teachers, support staff, therapists, parents and the community work together to develop opportunities that maximize each student's potential for higher independence, life long learning and never ending success. The vision of Alden Road School is to prepare graduates to meet the challenges of adult living as independently as possible with appropriate support.

The school, family, and community supports are committed to collaboratively providing instruction that meets the individual needs and abilities of all students in the areas of: daily living, academic, social, and vocational skills.

• Student learning is the highest priority that drives all decisions at Alden Road.
• It is the school’s responsibility to assist in the successful transition of students into adult living.
• When given appropriate instruction, all students are capable of learning.
