AP Program Description
|
The AP Honors
Program at Baldwin Middle Senior High School is designed to provide
students a rigorous course of study. The students in this program
will be required to complete nine Advanced Placement courses. The
courses include U.S. History, English Literature, English Language,
one AP Science course, one AP Mathematics course, and four elective
courses. Prerequisite to entering the AP program, students must
have completed Algebra 1 by the ninth grade, have an unweighted
G.P.A. of 2.0 or above, and have a contract signed by the parent.
The benefits of being in the program include:

college credit if they score at least a 3 out of 5 on the AP
Exam |

preparation for post-secondary education |
