Art, Music, and Math Superstars Awarded

A/B or E/S Honor Roll per grading period
Students on the HONOR ROLL List have met the following criteria: Academic excellence (all A's, all B’s or combination A’s and B’), school pride and school spirit, A/B or E/S conduct, social growth and citizenship, one Class II referral or less per grading period

PERFECT ATTENDANCE each nine weeks: zero school days missed, three or fewer tardies or early pick ups for nine weeks.

Good Citizenship Award-Honoring model students with this award will inspire and encourage other students to strive to be better citizens. Students selected for the Good Citizenship Award will exhibit some or many of these characteristics:

            • consistently exhibit the kinds of behaviors we want to see displayed in our        schools and in our communities.
• always prepared in class, have their homework finished on time
• volunteers whenever volunteers are needed
• ready to help others, always plays fair and treat everyone with respect
• involved in citizenship or
character building organizations. Such as scouts, CEW, exhibits good sportsmanship at recess and physical education
• holds good scholastic record (A, B, C) and A/B, E/S behavior grades
• participates in student programs or activities (Safety Patrol SCA, TOT)
• faithful school attendance.
• leadership ability to motivate others to actions to benefit the community or classroom or school

DOING MY BEST AWARD-  “I will remember that winning isn’t everything - that having fun, improving my skills, making friends and doing my best are also important. “

• Tries hard beyond grades, beyond temper flares, copes with stress at home, overcomes embarrassment, excellent in giving, in graciousness, in effort, in struggle and in strife, pushes self to the limit

Students on the Principal's List have met the following criteria: Academic excellence (all A's), school pride and school spirit, A conduct, citizenship, no referrals all year to date

1) Stand back from the curb until the bus stops and doors open
2) Board in a single file line
3) Sit in your assigned seat
 
RIDING THE BUS
1) Stay in your seat
2) Talk quietly
3) Keep your hands and feet to yourself
 
GETTING OFF THE BUS
1) Single file line
2) Hold the rail
3) Cross the street in front of the bus
 
These rules must be followed to maintain the privilege of riding the bus
