1.0 Multiplication and Division
1.1 Recognize that skip counting represents multiples.
1.2 Find patterns in multiples of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 12.
1.3 Recognize relationship between multiplication and area of rectangles.
1.4 Find factor pairs.
1.5 Understand relationships between multiplication and division.
1.6 Identify word problems which may be solved using multiplication or division.
1.7 Use patterns to solve multiplication and division problems.
2.0 Geometry
2.1 Find patterns for covering space.
2.2 Compare areas of rectangles with different dimensions.
2.3 Describe motion as a series of slides, flips, and turns.
2.4 Compare shapes to determine congruence through motions such as rotations and reflections.
2.5 Find areas of complex shapes by identifying smaller units of area.
3.0 Measurement
3.1 Compare the effects of measurement using units of different sizes.
