Vision:

The vision of Crown Point Elementary is to ensure all students gain the knowledge and skills necessary to be
responsible citizens and productive members of a culturally diverse world

Mission:

At Crown Point Elementary we strive to develop the mind and character of all students in a safe
and caring environment through parent, student, and teacher collaboration.

Staff Beliefs

We believe that all staff members have the responsibility of taking a proactive role in
behavior management.
We will respond to student behaviors in a calm, consistent, and respectful manner.
We will strive to create and maintain a safe, organized, and respectful environment conducive to learning.
We will communicate expectations and consistently implement positive reinforcements and
appropriate consequences through collaborative efforts.
