PARENTS & STUDENTS

You can now check grades and attendance online by going to:

https://dcps.mygradeportal.com

Remember you must use your district/school provided User ID and password
for access to the grade portal

Due to district computer security measures, parent passwords cannot be distributed over the telephone, by email, by postal mail, or sent home with a student.  User IDs and Passwords may be obtained in person, with a picture ID,  from the front office or your child's team leader.  Students and parents each have separate passwords and each must be obtained in person with a picture ID. 

 

COMPASS ODYSSEY INFORMATION

https://odyssey.duvalschools.org

Students login with their normal district username and password

One problem that may occur when using Odyssey and solution

Symptoms:

When you connect to the https://odyssey.duvalschools.org Login page, the rocket ship number should not change when reloading/refreshing the page.

Upon a refresh/reload the rocket ship number changes meaning that the session cookie is corrupt or not being created locally.

Resolution:

Logged in as the user with the problem
Open Internet Explorer
Delete the cookies on the local machine.

Under browsing history
Delete
Delete Cookies
Close
OK

Close all IE Windows and restart Internet Explorer.  Once connected to  https://odyssey.duvalschools.org the number on the space ship should not change upon refresh.
