Our Mission Statement Fort Caroline Middle is dedicated in its quest to offer students a challenging academic and technology oriented curriculum that will enhance global consciousness, developing skills for the 21st century workforce. |
International Baccalaureate Our Theme for this year is "One World, One Dream" as we aim to build a school community that brings the IBO mission to life. We have been making changes in the school. Adopting the Middle Years Programme Implementation and Development Model and moving to a STEM concept within our Science, Math and Technology curriculum have moved our philosophy in line with the three fundamental concepts of the International Baccalaureate Organization (Communication, Holism, and International-mindedness.) We reached a milestone in 2009 being accepted by IB as a CANDIDATE school.

AVID AVID is a fourth- through twelfth-grade system to prepare students in the academic middle for four-year college eligibility. It has a proven track record in bringing out the best in students, and in closing the achievement gap. AVID stands for Advancement Via Individual Determination. |
