Welcome to the Communications Academy

Preparing for a Future in Communications:	Students in the Communications Technology Academy are prepared for industry certification in a wide range of fields. During their course of study, students regularly receive on-the-job training through available internships.

On-campus facilities include: State-of-the-art production studio Animation Facility Editing Suites Digital Video and Sound Equipment The Communication programs are home to national winners in SkillsUSA!

Sample Student Work	The Communications Academy consists of two programs. Students may attend classes in Commercial Arts or Television Production/New Media. Successful students earn certificates of achievement after program completion. College credit may be earned in commercial arts and television production the through dual-enrollment program with Florida State College of Jacksonville (FSCJ).
