Peterson’s 4^th Annual FCAT Celebration/Field Day

Information you need to know:

 

Ø      Date:   Monday, May 5, 2008

Ø      Time:  11:30 – 3:00

Ø      Lunch:  Will be provided in the cafeteria.  You will still need to bring money and/or ID.  Students are expected to eat during their regular shifts.

11:30 – 12:00               1^st lunch/Red

12:00 – 12:30               2^nd lunch/Blue

12:30 – 1:00                 3^rd lunch/Yellow

1:00 – 1:30                   4^th lunch/Green

Ø      You may want to bring other items since it is an outside event that lasts most of the day.  For example wear a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and comfortable clothes.

Ø      You will be dismissed from 3^rd period to head outside and then dismissed directly form there to go home.  You will NOT be able to go back to your lockers, so you may not want to bring your backpack or anything that you don’t want to carry all day.

Ø      If you wish to participate in the Faculty vs. Student basketball game you will need to sign up with your English teacher (9^th & 10^th graders) or your Academy teacher (11^th & 12^th graders).

Ø      If you wish to participate in flag football, basketball, the dance off/competition, the dunking booth, tug-of-war, car bash, etc. you will need to have a permission slip on file.  Teachers, please distribute permission slips.  Print extra copies from the email or see Ms. Fehr if you need more.  Permission form must be turned into Ms. Fehr in F-104 by Friday, April 25, 2008 in order to be eligible to participate.
