All Preparation & Cooking, for the Front & Back of the House are done by Frank H. Peterson Student’s with  Supervision & Performance Standards, (English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Applied Learning, Hands On, Working with others, Working alone).

 The Culinary Arts Academy prepares students for college and careers in the culinary and hospitality industries.  The learning environment includes an award-winning, full-service restaurant on campus.  Core academic courses are integrated into the specialized curriculum.  Successful students are eligible for mentorships, apprenticeships and internships in local hotels and restaurants.
